General information:

The test is the most modern and reliable method for the diagnosis of respiratory tract infections (multiplex PCR), which cannot be proven by a cultural method.
The panel includes bacterial and viral agents of bronchitis, atypical pneumonia and other infections in the area. It is intended for patients in whom the picture is protracted (unresponsive symptoms for more than 7-10 days), in X-ray findings of viral/atypical pneumonia, in unclear temperature condition.

Sample required:

Nasopharyngeal (throat) secretion, bronchoalveolar lavage (from hospital facilities), sputum (children over 10 years old)
The nasopharyngeal secretion material must be taken on site in the laboratory!
