  • Chlamydia trachomatis
  • Mycoplasma genitalium
  • Trichomonas vaginalis
  • Neisseria gonorrhoeae

Package analysis for 4 of the most important pathogens affecting the male and female reproductive system. The test is recommended for people with acute symptoms (burning, itching, discharge, temperature). These pathogens often also cause chronic complaints leading to sterility. Tests are mandatory for all couples with difficulty conceiving, with upcoming assisted reproduction and problem pregnancies.

Sample required:

Type of material: cervical swab, vaginal swab, urine, urethral swab, ejaculate.

Secretions: the collected secretion is placed in the liquid PCR transport medium by a doctor. The excess pad is removed using scissors, leaving the dacron part of the pad in the medium. Up to 8 hours at (18-25°C). Exception: secretion collected with a dry swab and delivered to the laboratory in the same day soon after collection.

Ejaculate: Sexual abstinence 3 days before giving material for analysis. Preliminary hygiene of the penis and hands is performed. The ejaculate is separated into a sterile container. The container is tightly closed without touching the inner surface of the vessel and the cap. It is recommended that the ejaculate be examined before starting antibacterial therapy.
