Quantification of anaerobic microorganisms with main etiological significance in the development of bacterial vaginosis (Gardnerella vaginalis, Prevotella bivia, Porphyromonas spp.)
Quantification of yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida
Quantification of genital mycoplasmas (Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma spp.)
Detection of agents of sexually transmitted infections:
Mycoplasma genitalium

In chronic and repeated infections in the urogenital tract
When planning pregnancy and during pregnancy
Before upcoming surgical manipulations in the urogenital tract
In reproductive failure – repeated miscarriages and infertility
Before IVF procedures
When evaluating the effectiveness of treatment and restoration of normal microflora levels
Prevention of the condition of the microflora in the absence of symptoms
