Trichinellosis is a study to prove the causative agent of the disease - Trichinella spiralis in the human body.
Trichinosis is an acute or chronic disease in humans and some mammals, developed as a result of consumption of trichinella meat. It presents with fever, facial swelling, muscle pain, hypereosinophilia and toxoallergic syndrome.

More often, the test for trichinellosis is done in people who consume raw or semi-raw meat and meat products, hunters and their family members, pig farmers, butchers, butchers, slaughterhouse workers and others.
