General information:

Phosphate is intracellular anion. The majority of the phosphate in the body is about 80% in the bones (hydroxyapatite), and the remaining 20% are in the composition of phosphorus compounds (phospholipids, nucleotides, nucleic acids, phosphoproteins) and macro -ergic compounds (ATP, creatine phosphate, etc.). In the extracellular fluid there is a very small part, which is referred to as "inorganic phosphate". Inorganic phosphate is the form under which phosphorus is absorbed, transported between cells, respectively. organs and is separated from the body.
